Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice.

Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of your deposit for the day.
If you are more than 1 hour late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a deposit to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be deducted from this deposit.
If you need to reschedule, we will move your deposit with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited.
Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, therefore any cancellations will automatically forfeit deposits with no exceptions.
Changing the design idea in any way including content, placement, sizing, or overall design after the initial consult, may cost the artist additional planning and/or time. This will also forfeit your deposit at the artists' discretion.
At the time of rescheduling an appointment, please be aware that the artist is booked 12-24 months in advance. If you reschedule, your new appointment may occur then or later depending on availability.
Before Your Appointment
Make sure to eat a good meal before your appointment, bring snacks or drinks if you need, comfortable warm clothing that allows us to access the area being tattooed, and your ID (this is a health regulation and requirement; no exceptions.). Tattoo workspace is limited, therefore as a consideration to other clients and staff, we do not accept companions, friends, or visitors at the tattoo service areas. If they would like to stay around, they may wait at the front of the studio in our designated waiting area.
